Trained and qualified in 2022 at a City law firm in London, Carmen has substantial experience on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
Her corporate experience includes supporting on mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, joint ventures, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, share incentive schemes, and company secretarial matters.
Carmen also brings considerable commercial expertise, having drafted and negotiated a broad spectrum of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, licensing agreements, agency/distribution agreements and franchise agreements.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time outdoors, hiking, and watching Formula 1.
