For Children
Children often experience divorce differently to adults. They may feel confused, anxious, or even blame themselves for what’s happening. Younger children might express their feelings through changes in behavior, while teens may withdraw or act out. My role is to provide a safe and supportive space for your child to explore and express their emotions in ways that feel natural to them. Whether through play, conversation, or creative activities, I help them understand that their feelings are valid and that they’re not alone.
For Parents
Divorce can be an incredibly challenging time for parents as well. You’re juggling your own emotions while trying to support your children, manage new routines, and figure out how to co-parent effectively. I work with parents to strengthen communication skills, reduce conflict, and support the emotional well-being of their children. Together, we’ll explore strategies to co-parent with understanding, even when emotions are running high.
For Families
Divorce changes family dynamics, but it doesn’t have to break the family bond. I believe in helping families find new ways to connect and rebuild trust. We work together to create a foundation of stability and love so that everyone feels heard, supported, and valued.
