Rima undertakes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including off plan); refinancing and secured lending; advice on Sharia finance; equity releases; and deeds of assignment and variations. Rima’s clients come from a variety of backgrounds and include many high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and professionals.
Rima graduated from the University of Law in 2013. Starting her first conveyancing position in the same year, she completed her Council for Licensed Conveyancers accreditation in 2016 and now holds over ten years’ worth of experience of advising on residential property matters.
