Family Law and Mediation

Robyn Allardice is a seasoned Family Lawyer and Mediator with extensive experience in the UK, international family law, and global cross-jurisdictional issues.

Originally trained in New Zealand and Scotland, she pursued further studies at Harvard University, in negotiation and mediation.

She brings a deep international perspective to her work and is engaged with diverse communities worldwide.

Technology and Innovation

Formerly Head of Technology and Law at Maddox Law, London. She wrote in 1999/2000 on the Implementation of UAVs in Warfare.

Beyond law, after a stint as a Fiscal Agent in Eurobond transfers, Robyn enjoyed a distinguished early-career background in fashion, having set up her own business, showroom and factory, establishing a worldwide clientele and supply chain, designing award-winning hats for film and television. Best known for ‘Four Weddings and a Funeral’ and the ‘Poirot’ series.

Due to her links with Malta, she spent a year with the Commonwealth as Commercial Director for CWEIC during the 2015 CHOGM.

She currently sits on the Inner London Committee of the Army Benevolent Fund (ABF) and was involved with a number of charities dealing with PTSD and genocide.

She currently serves as a member of the advisory board for VE Insight Ltd, which conducts corporate investigations, provides risk advisory services, geo-political risk management and training.

Her commercial work has covered private prosecution on the private use of drones and contracts where drones are used in maintenance observation. She is a GVC commercial drone pilot having trained with Aviation Systems Group Limited in 2022.

She also implemented a working group in relation to drone procurement and EW Security. She is known to UK MOD Procurement and has acted for a number of UAV Groups in a legal capacity.

She has advised on UK and international UAV businesses on their governmental and non-governmental contracts with suppliers and end-users.

She spent time as ambassador for CodeFirst Girls, a social enterprise scheme to encourage women into coding and board members (male and female) into coding requirements and understanding the needs of technical teams.

She remains a mentor for a number of technical projects and start-ups.

She sits as a senate member of the Genesis Initiative at the House of Commons which is the voice for SMEs UK and reports to all parties.

She currently serves as a member of the advisory board for VE Insight Ltd, which conducts corporate investigations, provides risk advisory services, geo-political risk management and training.

She is a Notary Public of England & Wales and a practising solicitor, based in London.
