Roland likes to get to know his clients, so that the service he provides can be tailored to meet their specific requirements and personal expectations; he has built up his practice through personal recommendation, often acting for different generations in a family.

After graduating from Reading University with law degree (LLB Hons) Roland undertook his Law Society Solicitors Finals at the College of Law, Guildford, before qualifying as a solicitor in 1990.
