Charlotte’s experience spans both corporate and personal immigration, including Skilled Worker sponsorship, Global Business Mobility routes, Innovator Founder endorsement and visa applications, Global Talent, and Indefinite Leave to Remain. Charlotte combines technical expertise with a clear, practical style, developing tailored strategies that reflect each client’s goals.
Since joining the firm in February 2021 and helping to establish the immigration department, she has advised on all phases of business immigration – from the former Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) route through to Innovator Founder, from initial to Settlement.
